Jo Digital Crafts Christmas Tree Advent Calendar Assembly
In recent years, I’ve been making my own 3D Christmas Advent Calendar using SVG cut files purchased from Etsy. This year, I chose the Tree Advent Calendar from Jo Digital Crafts. I pondered over a few options as seen in the previous post before this elegant option won me over. I just adore its simplicity and large boxes perfect for fun size candy and money. In addition, I could imagine re-purposing the design for other holidays. Imagine using red paper drawer with numbered hearts for Valentine’s Day or re-arranging the boxes and using blue paper for the twelve days of Hanukkah. As you can see in the photos below, I opted for a traditional green and gold to mimic a Christmas tree.
This 3D creation is time-consuming, yet easy and fun to make. The box-making steps are repetitive, making the assembly process mildly relaxing. This very inexpensive (i.e. cheap) SVG project is easy to load and works with a Cricut or Cameo.
